Omakase sushi is a Japanese tradition of letting the chef arrange your set menu. It is considered a form of respect and a compliment to the chef and is truly a luxury dining experience, consisting of the best of quality and freshness.
Shiso Omakase chef selects seasonal finest ingredients, and present elegant, artistic dishes at your dinner table. PLEASE NOTE, THE MENU BELOW IS PROVIDED AS A SAMPLE ONLY. INGREDIENTS VARY ACCORDING TO THE SEASON.
Chef Simon has 15years experience in Japanese cooking. He was trained in Sakae Sushi in Tokyo with chef Kazato San and Ogawa San for sushi making. he went to Kyoto get training from famous Michelin 3-starred restaurant Kikunoi with chef Murada San for traditional Kaiseki Ryori. Our menu is seasonal changed every 3 months.

There are no a la carte menu at Shiso Omakase dinner. Unfortunately we CANNOT cater any dietary requirements and NO substitutions can be made.
Our food contains raw and cooked seafood, shellfish, sesame, dairy, gluten and meat.
We require credit card details to secure your reservation, but will not process any charges to the card at this time.
We accept cancellations or adjusting guest numbers request. Please send us notice email at least 24 hours or you will incur a $120 cancellation fee.
