Omakase sushi is a Japanese tradition of letting the chef arrange your set menu. It is considered a form of respect and a compliment to the chef and is truly a luxury dining experience, consisting of the best of quality and freshness.
Shiso Omakase chef selects seasonal finest ingredients, and present elegant, artistic dishes at your dinner table. PLEASE NOTE, THE MENU BELOW IS PROVIDED AS A SAMPLE ONLY. INGREDIENTS VARY ACCORDING TO THE SEASON.
Chef Simon has 15years experience in Japanese cooking. He was trained in Sakae Sushi in Tokyo with chef Kazato San and Ogawa San for sushi making. he went to Kyoto get training from famous Michelin 3-starred restaurant Kikunoi with chef Murada San for traditional Kaiseki Ryori. Our menu is seasonal changed every 3 months.

Omakase dinner starts at 6:30 PM sharp from Tuesday to Thursday, and 5:30/8:30 on Friday and Saturday. Please arrive on time as we begin promptly.
Kindly note that we are **unable to accommodate dietary requirements**, and **no substitutions** can be made for our omakase menu. Dishes may include **raw and cooked seafood, egg, shellfish, sesame, dairy, gluten, and meat**.
To secure a reservation, we require credit card details. No charges will be made in advance, but a **cancellation fee of $150 per person** applies if notice is not given at least **24 hours** in advance. Within 12 hr cancellation fee will be full price of $268.
Public Holiday Surcharge: A **15% surcharge** applies to all bills on public holidays.
We do not accommodate children under 15 years old.
BYO is welcome – corkage fee applies.
Side notes: All card payments will include 1.8% surcharge fees.
For group bookings over 10 guests and special booking enquires please contact us via Instagram (Green_shiso_omakase) or WeChat (knscs1). A **15% service surcharge** applies for group bookings.
