About the Role
Taking reservations for customers via email or an electronic booking system, in addition to setting and arranging tables using correct linen, cutlery, crockery and glasses.
Welcoming customers, presenting them with food and drink menus and explaining the set menu process and take drink orders.
Serving food and beverages to customers, clearing tables and collecting payment for meals or drinks
Work in omakase restaurant or Japanese fine dining restaurant for at least 6months
Good knowledge in Japanese food and culture
To provide unforgettable great and friendly service to every customer who visits
RSA and Basic drink knowledge
